• All sales are final, no refunds. Drawing may take awhile but I will give you update on progress!• Do not remove my watermark. The image you receive will come with smaller or less covering watermark. Credit me (Arkhangelia) if you're posting it somewhere.• Do not use my art for Non Fungible Token (NFT) or AI.• Do not use my art for commercial purpose unless you commission me with price for commercial purpose (you still have to credit me as the artist).🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼✦ Revision on Sketch phase is free but please be considerate.✦ Minor revision on Clean Lining, Base Colouring, and Final Render phase is free up to 3 times total (I will only allow 1 time for Final Render).✦ More than that or if it needs Major revision, there will be extra fee depending on the revision.

You will be blacklisted.ALLOWED:✔ You are allowed to resell my design (one offs & original species character) even if you got from them from trade / gift. This however does not apply to closed species that doesn't allow resell in the rule.✔ You are allowed to use my one-off design that you bought from me for anything, including commercial purposes (you MUST give credit to me as the character designer / creator), exception is NFT (Non Fungible Token) and AI which I won't allow. If it's of closed species then you must respect their rules, if they don't allow commercial uses then don't use it for commercial purposes.✔ You are allowed to upload my design to character storage sites like Toyhouse and you MUST credit me as the character designer/ creator.NOT ALLOWED:✖ You are NOT allowed to edit my art without my permission.✖ You are NOT allowed to use my art and design for NFT (Non Fungible Token) or AI.✖ You are NOT allowed to sell, trade, or gift my design or art to blacklisted people.✖ You are NOT allowed to resell my design for more than its original price unless you have commissioned/ paid for extra art.
